Arrivals and departures
Check-out is at 11 a.m. Check-in is at 4 p.m. We can be flexible, so by all means check if an alternative arrival/departure time is possible.
Swimming pool
There is an 8X4 metre swimming pool and hot-tub available.
Renewable energy
Solar panels have been installed and an electrical charge point for electric vehicles is in the planning.
Games
Cards and a selection of popular board games are available.
House rules
There is a no-smoking rule inside and no noise is allowed after 10 p.m. You can invite guests to visit on occasion, but not to stay the night.
Pets
No pets are allowed.
Parking
There is plenty of off-street parking available on the premises.
Internet
Fibre optic hasn't reached us yet, but fast wifi is available at La BelleView.
Deposit
A deposit is required at the booking stage to guarantee your stay.
Safety
A first aid kit, a fire blanket, and a smoke detector are available in the gite.
Television
French channels are available as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Children
Single beds for children are available as well as a cot and high-chair for children under two years of age.
Markets
Issigeac has a wonderful farmers' market on Sundays, and most towns in the area hold markets throughout the warmer months.
Shops and restaurants
Issigeac, a 3km walk or drive away, boasts several excellent restaurants, as well as a number of bars and cafes. There are also commercial shops, a bakery, a mini-market, and organic grocery shop.
Accessibility
The house is on one floor and has step-free access. However, the interior has not been adapted for guests with mobility issues.
Rubbish collection
For general (non-recyclable) rubbish, 2 X 30 litre bags per week are included in the rental price. Any excess is subject to an additional charge.
